  • To raise technology levels and spread the skills and knowledge needed to take advantage of the new post-genomic technology among existing European research institutions.
  • To harmonise skills and practice across European institutions working in this area to a common level of best practice
  • To identify partners in a Research Training Network dedicated to genomic and animal health and organise the definition of a pertinent curriculum

WP Achievements:

  • Promotion of relevant upcoming courses
  • Involvement in training proposals with the aim of creating a stable framework for animal genomics and health education activities
