The objective of the work package on industry is to ensure good information flow to and good relationships with the industries of interest to genomics in host-pathogen relationships. These are the animal breeding, diagnostics and animal health industries.

WP Objectives:

• To further explore the opportunities and changes of Technology Transfer 
• To set up co-operations of industry and research institutes, to improve the understanding of the benefits of their mutual interests.
• To assist the transfer of technology, know how and intellectual property into commercial exploitation for the benefit of EU citizens, the environment and animal welfare.
